Cannot open the gate when you receive a call from an intercom by pressing 1,2 or 3 on your phone’s keypad.

The new Telkom wireless phones and some PABX systems does not have their DTMF function activated by default, this is the tone that is sent when you press 1,2 or 3 on your phones keypad.

Please contact your Telkom outlet directly to assist you in enabling the DTMF feature on your handset.
