Device does not open the gate when you are calling it.


Ensure that your caller ID is switched on as the device require to see the number of the person calling.

If you call the device and it goes directly to voicemail, please contact your installer to check if there is power on the device.

Please ensure that your number has been loaded correctly on the system and that the device has been updated by clicking on the update button.

Previous Cannot open the gate when you receive a call from an intercom by pressing 1,2 or 3 on your phone’s keypad.
