Device Status Log

 

Device Logs > Device Status Log

Each time your device communicates into our Cloud service it is logged. These logs are used for reporting options.
Email reports can be set to communicate when a device is offline. Setting can be set under Configuration > Notification > Email Report Settings.
In the Status log you will see your Device name and number as well as the airtime and signal for both sim cards. Airtime can be monitored and alerts set up under Configuration > Notification > Email Report Settings, this will enable you to set notifications if your device airtime goes below a certain amount.
The battery voltage is logged each time the device communicates in. The Voltage can be monitored and set to a default voltage for notification under Configuration > Notification > Notification Option settings
The firmware and the device IMEI number is also logged for any changes to the device.
