Not receiving sms alerts from your device.

If your device is on subscription you receive 30 sms credits each month, you can see the remaining credits when logged in under sms notification settings.

Load our Accentronix Smart Messenger app from your app store to receive unlimited messages from the device.

Please make sure that the Bulk sms option is selected in the sms notification options under advanced settings.

If Bulk sms is not selected, you will need to load your own sms bundles onto the sim card.

The Bulk sms and App notification features is only available if the device is under annual subscription.
